The 2009 model season is already upon us. Images and specs of the new models are starting to trickle in. Let's get started with a first look at Yamaha, which released information on their 2009 lineup back in early June.

2009 YZ450F: $8,599 msrp

Team Toyota Yamaha BlackfootDirect.com Fox Racing's Colton Facciotti is tearing up the tracks on a YZ450F this year with four moto wins. Highlights for the 2009 model include: new camshafts, intake tract and shorty muffler, revised frame and 48mm fork. 2009 YZ250F: $8,049 msrp

The YZ250F has been the weapon of choice for Clearbrook Yamaha's Kyle Beaton for, well ... as long as we can remember. Beaton is currently tied for second overall in the MX2 standings with another YZ250F rider, Team Toyota Yamaha BlackfootDirect.com Fox Racing's Aron Harvey. 2009 YZ250: $7,899 msrp

We hear that five-time MX1 Canadian national champion, Jean-Sebastien Roy, may race a YZ250 at the final two rounds in Sand-Del-Lee and Walton. From Yamaha's website, "Beta titanium shock spring, lightweight "ti" footpegs, aluminium frame and swingarm, Pro Taper handlebars, 48mm adjustable inverted fork, quick adjust clutch … the list is impressive." 2009 YZ85: $4,499 msrp

2009 TT-R125LE: $3,749 msrp

The TT-R125LE features a front disk brake, 31mm fork, electric start and larger wheels. There are several models available including the entry level TTR125 with 17" front and 14" rear wheels and a $3,099 price tag. Click here for more.
