JUNE 27, 2008
Amateur racers from across Canada and the USA will be dropping into Sand Del Lee next week for the inaugural Eastern Amateur National MX Championships.
You know amateur racing is alive well in Canada when we have three Big Dances taking place this summer. This week, the Western Canadian Amateur National kicks off in Raymond, Alberta from June 26-28, next week from July 2-5 is the inaugural Eastern Amateur National MX Championships at Sand Del Lee, and then August 12-17 is the grand poo-bah, the Walton TransCan. Lots to get excited about!
The MX101 crew at SDL has been working their butts off to ensure that the Eastern Amateur National becomes a permanent fixture on the schedule. So far, they have over 200 entries (you can sign up at the event, or on their website, www.eanmc.com), tons of prizes and awards, and plenty of off-track entertainment. Here is all the info you need to get the most out of your experience at the EANMC at Sand Del Lee in Munster, Ontario….
